Shipping policy

Charlie Wanti Art ships original artworks and fine art prints within Australia.

Orders are carefully packaged to protect your artwork during transit. Fine art prints may be shipped securely in protective mailing tubes.

Shipping costs, where applicable, will be shown at checkout. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive shipping or tracking information where available.

Please ensure your delivery address is correct when placing your order. Charlie Wanti Art is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier or incorrect delivery information provided by the customer.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible at emma@charliewantiart.com and include photographs of the artwork and packaging so we can assist you.

Nothing in this policy excludes or limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
