Returns & Refunds

We want you to feel confident when purchasing from Charlie Wanti Art.

Please choose carefully, as we do not offer returns, exchanges or refunds for change of mind on original artworks or fine art prints.

Where a print forms part of a limited edition, each print is individually produced, signed and numbered as part of that release.

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or is not as described, please contact us as soon as possible after delivery and include photographs of the item and packaging. We will work with you to arrange an appropriate remedy.

Nothing in this policy excludes or limits any rights or remedies you may have under the Australian Consumer Law.
